You are also probably really annoyed with yourself which makes the whole thing worse. Together, we uncover what’s really getting in the way of change, whether it’s stress eating, emotional triggers, or long-standing beliefs about food and self-worth.
I will help you to get your head around what is going on. You’ll develop a healthier mindset, increase your confidence, and feel more in control of your choices. My clients often say they feel calmer around food, feel more confident about trying exercise, and less caught up in the guilt, frustration and misery that dieting often brings. And we know that diets don’t work. Sorting out what and how you eat is a fundamental life change mission.
