Our sessions are confidential. This means that I won’t discuss you or our work together with anyone other than my hypnotherapy supervisor. The only time that confidentiality would be broken without your consent would be if you were a danger to yourself, a danger to others or there was a risk to a child. I would make that judgement because I have a duty of care to you and to others.

If we were to meet on the street it would be up to you to say hello to me if you wanted to.

Session notes are taken digitally and stored safely. I must hold your notes for 7 years to comply with membership rules set by my professional bodies and insurance company.

I adhere to the code of ethics of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as well as being registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. This ensures that all of your written and digital information is protected in accordance with the law.
